Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite what you expected, please reach out within 2 days of delivery. Once approved, returns can be made for store credit or an exchange. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom Pieces

Because custom and personalized items are created just for you, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged During Shipping

If your piece arrives damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. If shipping insurance was selected at checkout, the carrier will provide reimbursement. For peace of mind, we recommend choosing insured shipping.
